Super disappointed with this store. I typically order online and rarely go into the actual store and the first time I do in awhile I was severely disappointed with your staff.I pointed to the rice bowls on the wall and honestly I can’t remember but I was sure I said rice bowl salad thing. Okay so my fault and I’ll accept that fully if I wasn’t clear. I waited until the end wondering when the rice would be added and then politely asked and she said you said salad not rice bowl. Sure I could have said something sooner. I apologized several times and asked politely for her to add rice. She said she had to charge me more because somehow changing it to a rice bowl made a difference. Fine! Then at the till something weird happened and it said to take out my card and do it again I did and it said declined. Which is crazy because I had the money but just spent a ton that day and thought hmm maybe I could be over my daily limit?Embarrassed at this point and the line building I asked her to please try it again and she wouldn’t hit the button and just stared at me. As I repeatedly said there’s nothing there I can’t do anything. Then because she was no help I kept asking the line of people if anyone knew where a bank was near by. The cashier did nothing, said nothing and looked annoyed. She eventually said you can try it one more time. Great thanks that’s what I asked for but I was staring at a blank debit machine with no total on it. Sure enough I tapped it and it went through just fine.Seriously lacking personality, empathy and frankly just a disrespectful judgey person and absolutely shouldn’t be working in customer service. I won’t be coming back to your location. Do better, $40 for 2 rice bowls and a kids sandwich isn’t worth also putting up with your rude behaviour.

Nice, mostly quiet, fast service, at least when I went. Some guy bought a coke. Just a coke. So either A) the vending machines on campus don't sell coke, B) the cokes here are cheaper or larger than the ones in the vending machines, C) that guy was an idiot. Confirmation necessary to determine which of the three is correct.

Needs a toaster oven. Nice staff, everything else about this spot is great. But there is no toaster oven. I’m a big subway customer, I’d probably be eating here a good few times a week because of how much bang you get for your buck, but the lack of toaster oven makes me never come down.

I went today and wow. I was expecting a ok sandwich that tasted decent and unfortunately I got what looked like bread with a pound and a half of chicken. I ordered the chicken and bacon sub and they put the sauce on first which I don’t understand. And then she loaded it up with veggies and then put the bacon and chicken on. It was so full the lady working there didn’t even close it. And then when I opened it at home the sandwich completely fell apart. Super unimpressed. On top of that there was WAY too much chicken so all I tasted was chicken and bread. Was not impressed and u could get a better sandwich from anywhere else
Good Subway location! Just not a whole lot of seating available. Good spot to grab lunch between classes. However, the last time I was there, there wasn't an oven for heating up the sandwiches. Maybe there is one now, but I really think it should have one if there still isn't one!
