Best location in Nanaimo. They just renovated their lobby, and it looks great. Staff here have always been friendly and consistent. Bonus points for using their own numbered menu item system properly (which isn’t a given). Props to Sam, who always engages with customers while building their sandwich. One of many excellent staff here.

I work across the street and get a tuna sub bi-weekly always good exaclt how I like it and the guy in the raptors hat is a good vibe
Ordered a sub through skip due to being sick and the whole sandwich was barley even edible. Completely drenched in sauce. Even if I could eat it, it was missing toppings which I paid extra for. Not to mention that I didn't get my soda I had ordered...this is the only subway I ever have issues with and unfortunately for me I selected the wrong location.

Worst experience I've ever had at a fast food industry. I ordered 2 subs, they were ice cold upon arrival, they got everything on the subs backwards, just completely mixed up and when I tried calling the restaurant to talk to a manager about it, no one answered. I tried calling 3 times, not a single answer. Highly frustrating and seemingly terrible customer service. So unhappy.
