one extremely rude staff member. we were in a rush to get to the ferry, my grandmother politely mentioned this to him and he rudely snapped at her: “we are working as fast as we can, it’s not my problem if you miss your ferry.” i work in the service industry, so i know what it’s like, but i would NEVER treat a customer like that. she was very upset after.

I wish i could give 0 stars here, i was helped by a south asian girl without name tag on the evening of thanksgiving day, i ordered a veggie sub & my husband ordered Tuna sub and she used the same tuna knife to cut my sub. When my husband asked her don't you have separate knife’s for veggie, she mentioned that she doesn’t have specific instructions from subway to use separate knife for veggie subs. In my understanding, all subway location employees use separate gloves and separate knife for veggie subs. Upon inquiring on this and also specifically mentioning that being vegetarian is a religious following. She did not even offer to make a new sub or was not even sorry, had a very negative attitude towards us.

I don’t usually write reviews but the employee named Erik who works at this location is absolutely fantastic and provided me with excellent customer service. He recommended I try my sandwich grilled which was an amazing idea and will always be getting it grilled from here on out. I’m very happy with the experience and will definitely be coming back to this location. 10/10 for Erik! Great employee.

Erik makes an amazing sandwich that reminds me of when I used to make my own sandwiches working at a subway location. The other staff members seem to have difficulty closing the sandwich and it ends up as a big mess.
