i came here roughly 2 days ago and bought a 6” sub and a m&ms cookie.. the cookie had a piece of hair cooked into it so i sent an email and called the store and they said they would replace the whole meal for free the next time i go in so i went in today told them my name and the situation the lady making my sandwich (i didn’t get her name but she was blonde) knew who i was and knew about the situation so she made my sandwich slide it across the counter to me then i ask “do i get the cookie too?” considering that was the reason they said they would replace my meal and she huffed and puffed at me, glaring at me so i got uncomfortable and offered to just buy it then if it was a big deal and she said in a snarky tone “well what cookie do you want then” she grabbed the cookie put it in a little bag and slid it across the counter at me i just grabbed them said thank you and walked away i’m not sure if im over thinking it but i think the way she acted was pretty out of pocket considering im not the one that is handing out cookies with hair in them.

I was at this location today. The amazing person behind the counter went way above and beyond on Christmas eve! I can't quite remember her name but the sandwiches you made for the homeless man and myself were absolutely delicious! Give this wonderful person a raise! Merry Christmas!

The man working the counter wasn’t friendly. He was a poor excuse for a sandwich artist, he has NO business slapping chicken on bread. He got my sandwich wrong and was rude when I asked for the sandwich I ordered, why do we even have laws?

So disappointed in the new chicken offering. I used to go specifically for the grilled chicken and it’s no longer available .
Another nice and clean Subway restaurant … Wendi need to get something health and delicious do eat I love find near me. The lady attended me was super polite. Have huge space to park my car. I really recommend.
Parking: Easy and free to park my car and near from other stores I can visit after.

The subway management at this location NEEDS to go over food safety with their staff. I used to work at a subway as well and they should not be dealing with the till while wearing gloves and then continuing to make sandwiches with dirty gloves. Gross.

I ordered a sub on Italian bread and received it in plain white. Never found out until I got home. The guy also submitted that the order was finished and when I went to pick it up, he was still working on it. Never going back to this location. That’s why that dumb guy is working there, too stupid to work anywhere else.
