I had the vegetable combo and let me tell you... I was so happy. I love veggie maki and many restaurants only have 1-2 choices. There were more options here and I thoroughly enjoyed mine.
The miso soup was delicious.
The green tea was genmaicha, which is hard to come by. This also made me very happy.
My husband absolutely loved the samurai roll. He ate so much food (and we took a bunch home for later) that he had...

Maybe we just lucked out but we had the most amazing avocado roll. The avocado was perfectly ripe, not brown and so big. I barely got the phone out for a picture before my daughter had them eaten. I wonder if next time will be so perfect. This was at the South Nanaimo location. We also got the ramen noodles. Not bad at all and no MSG, which is so rare.
