Possibly the worst tace bell I've ever been to. Wildly slow service, delivering gross food. The gordita was smashed like it'd been stepped on, and the cheese wasn't melted whatsoever. The cinnamon twists had no cinnamon at all. Just twists of sadness. Topped off with a diet coke that had no flavor syrup. 0/5. Served with zero napkins, sauces, or a straw for the drink (it was the kind of lid that needs a straw). I realize you dont go to taco bell for amazing food, but this was terrible. Im not a food waster, but I threw the majority of this meal in the trash.

Worst taco bell I’ve been too, this store should be shut down for sanitation/healthiness purposes.
Worst costumer service I’ve experience , if the drive through is closed can’t you block the entrance of it instead of speaking to everyone trying to go and have to tell them to report inside? The inside tables were so nasty, tooped with sauce and junk everywhere , the floors are disgusting , the windows of the store are as oily as the fryer at the KFC. All garbages were so full that it would fall to the floor. Food was smashed when given to me, half the dispensary for soft drinks were empty, no more straws , horrible experience and never going there again

I did order food for pick up went there, coz I got the confirmation it’s ready to pick up… arrived there .. at least 15 people waiting at the counter.. had to wait another 20 min for my food it was not even prepared just one guy at the service counter the floor was just a mess ., looks like it wasn’t cleaned for a week and the store itself didn’t look better I would not go back there again and seems like the management doesn’t care what I found out on the other reviews

Every time ive come here over the last 4 years i ask for 2 orders of dlt supreme beef (which comes with 2 tacos) and i always get anything othere then 4 tocos (usually only 2)

i don’t have one good thing to say about this place. i came through the drive through and was instantly hit with crazy attitude from the woman taking my order. i let her know ahead of time id have 3 orders and she waited until i started to say the third one that they cannot take more than 2 in the drive through. after arriving to the window i asked for the receipts and our orders were incorrect and the worker argued with me saying she put in what she heard instead of resolving the problem. she was laughing at us and we could hear and see her talking to her co worker about us right in the drive through window. she told me she can add on the correct order and i can pay for it and didn’t give me a refund for the incorrect items until i asked. after we finally received our food our order was missing items so i went in and got them. i asked for the employees name that was extremely rude to me and they said they were “unable to provide that information”. absolutely AWFUL experience. i don’t know how this place is still running.

One of the few times I’ve tried taco bell and it’s gonna have to be the last, the food just isn’t that good but I guess that’s a matter of taste. The baja blast was leeched of any flavour and was essentially just carbonated water, I’m guessing they were out but made no indication of that at the soda fountain. Took about 5 minutes just to place an order despite being the only customers in the restaurant or drive-thru, and the chicken quesadilla had almost no cheese.
