Food took way too long to prepare. I ordered through online thinking I would get my order in sooner. Guy who walked in 15 minutes after me had his tacos in 5 minutes. I didn't even order chicken which seemed to be the slow down. One crunch wrap and a burrito. I watched the whole time. They just left my order in a bag for 15 minutes on the counter and never called out my name or order number and I couldn't flag anybody down because the staff were flailing. Food was cold. Avoid.

There's no one even doing the orders. I waited over half an hour for my Uber Eats, and they never even started it! I ended up canceling. What a total waste of 50 minutes. This is the second time this has happened here — last time, I waited 20 minutes for nothing. If I ever come back, I'm an idiot.

Very slow and poor service, their kitchen was dirty, and workers were just throwing things on their floor and not using the garbage. Counter top and tables were all dirty. Definitely won't be going back unfortunately.

I used to love taco bells - straight up this place shouldn’t even be able to call itself Taco Bell. It is an absolute joke and I’m surprised it’s still open. DO NOT EAT HERE. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. I’ve never had good food or service here. The food is stale. The service is a bunch of moody teenagers. This visit was my last and I didn’t even get food. I went through the drive through at 7:30PM but they played a message that said they were closed even though they don’t close until ten and had customers inside. So I parked and went in and proceeded to stand at the counter for ten minutes. Employees walked around in the back and definitely saw me. They didn’t want to do their job so they ignored me until I left. This place should literally be forced to shut down. It probably gets people sick all the time and there isn’t a shred of hospitality service in this place; and it’s fast food so the bar is incredibly low.
Also side note? Every burrito I’ve gotten here has come out in the shape of a square. Like what? An actual joke. You could not pay me to come back here. I hope whoever owns this place pulls their head out of the dirt and starts managing their business. Because this is utterly pathetic. Save your money and get Dairy Queen. It’s right next door.

Worker cut me off in the DT as I was ordering and told me to drive up and then tried to make me pay without finishing the order for my family? When I told her that there was more to my order she cut me off saying she has everything, even though half of my order didn’t even make it out of my mouth lol. Then proceeded to miss a few items and when my wife went in the store to get our missed items they ignored her at the counter for 10 minutes.
