Stopped in before they moved to Woodgrove, they were very busy getting ready for their big move but the lady (I’m assuming the owner) was very kind, patient and super knowledgeable! She was really lovely and guided us on everything we were Looking for! The prices were also very affordable, and the teas were delicious. Will definitely be back to support this business!!

This are the best teas I’ve tried so far. I wish they could have a walk-in store in Vancouver, it was very sad when they close the one in Kelowna. Really high quality teas, David’s tea falls very short compare to Tea Desire. I hope more people get to experience this teas. Seriously. Nothing compares to their blends.

My daughter saved up to buy something special and accidentally bumped into a shelf with unstable merchandise. The lady got very upset that a teapot lid broke and she shamed her into buying this broken set with all of her money. In my opinion this is very wrong and will never shop at a place with these kind of business practices.
Nice people that work here but the I'm not sure where they source their tea as it seems to be of very low quality. It's as if they have been sitting around for a long time. I find better quality tea in the supermarket. For that reason I won't be back. The one extra star I have given for the niceness of the workers there.

Went in completely inexperienced with loose leaf tea. Devon was an amazing help. She was sweet, very patient, knowledgeable and answered any and all questions I had. I will definitely be coming back to this location for all my tea needs!
