Amazing food, we were licking our fingers at the end. The cafe is adorable and beautifully decorated and such a pleasant place to spend time in. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful - can’t wait to eat here again! My only gripe are the prices, I found them a little steep.

We love The Bee’s Knees! Such a fun, cozy, eclectic spot with lots of bright windows, plants and cute bee decor. Their coffee is always great, food is tasty and fresh and service is consistently warm and friendly. There are many seating options at tables and a couple cozier spots by the fireplace. Bathrooms are always tidy and clean (which, to me is a huge bonus, especially when coming with kids). Would easily recommend :)

if you think the pricing is outrageous (and inaccurate from their own site), just wait until you see the minimum 15% tip prompt for a restaurant without table service. And that's all before finding out what a rip-off the serving sizes are.

Food tasted fine at least, certainly won't be stopping by again though

Cutest little cafe I have been to in a while. Their bee theme is adorably quaint and their food was delicious! I had their Buddha bowl and matcha latte, and it was so good. Friendly staff and tranquil atmosphere. I am definitely coming back to try more on their menu!

I got to try the scone fresh in the morning but kind of wished the spinach was not overcooked because it became kind of tasteless. It was nice to be able to stop here on the way to the park though and some of the decor was nice

Great little Nanaimo gem! Ate here every day during a 4 day course at VIU. Everything is delicious, the wraps, the muffins, the teas. All homemade from scratch with wholefoods and carefully selected ingredients. I wish there were more Bees Knees!

Outstanding customer service and absolutely delicious food! Every detail was thoughtfully handled, making the experience truly enjoyable. Highly recommend!
