As a regular customer & frequently tolerated bad singer, for almost 36 months, I ALWAYS enjoy bartender Erin & her unsinkable cheerful spirit. (I don't do fazeboook) ..So...was shocked last night by news of young staff member Parker's sudden untimely death. ...could not find within me any mood to sing. Not even badly. Wanted to edit this review because my thoughts on this place have changed considerably. I wrote a 3 star review some amount of months ago, citing the hit and miss service for my middle of the road rating. Since then, Erin has gone above and beyond to make sure my friends and I are comfortable with great service every time I’ve stopped by. Fun times here 🙂
I have searched my whole life for a Karaoke lounge that keeps you coming back and this place is it!
Erin and her team absolutely kill it every night with service and the best hospitality in Nanaimo!
