My husband and I enjoyed a flavourful and fresh dining experience at the Modern Cafe. As a vegetarian it’s often a challenge to find food beyond a salad on many menus. However, the Modern Cafe had delicious options for me, such as the cauliflower hummus appetizer and the tofu lettuce wraps. Both were delicious. The cauliflower was cooked to perfection and the pickled onions were a fresh flavour to balance the creamy hummus. My husband had a chicken salad and he said it was fresh...
A perfect lunch hour while waiting for Hullo Shuttle bus. Menu tempting, our poached eggs delicious. Ambiance and service great. Recommended by a nice lady at Visitor's Booth on Harbour Walkway (July 26). Thank you
