Good services great food

They take forever! If you pickup, prepare to wait 30 minutes or more, ecerytime! They don't really care about delivery drivers, shrug them off and make them wait.
The food is good, the service sucks big time.

I went to pantry last weeek and I ordered Garlic Shrimp it was uncooked and tasteless very disappointed

It was so terrible. My partner and I ordered food and waited a whole hour without food being served to us, everyone around us was served before us! Embarrassing for them they lost out on a tip! Not ever wasting my time there ever again

Had to update my review. Think they are constantly understaffed now, breakfast is awful. Owner is putting no money in upkeep, and the whole place reeks of urine this morning.

We were trying out the pantry for the first time on Mother’s Day. Your hostess was absolutely the so unprofessional. She came towards us with her head down didn’t say hello didn’t say anything when I asked her if there was a booth she just pointed at a table and walked away still saying absolutely nothing to us. As an employee of serving industry over the years this experience was wild to me. We ended up leaving and going else where for lunch. Choosing your staff is a very important part of running a successful establishment. Very disappointing experience.

Food was great service was slow I had to ask for coffee refill several times before I got one.

I am usually trying Gluten-free and dairy free.
I visited for breakfast with friends and decided to treat myself, and I’m so glad I did. I ordered the pancakes, and they were absolutely heavenly — incredibly fluffy, topped with plenty of syrup, a sweet strawberry compote, and whipped cream. The server Jamie was friendly and attentive.

The service is excellent and quality of the food preparation was very good with some vegetarian choices. Overall, a pleasurable dining experience. Would recommend this restaurant

Service was terrible, over an hour waiting time for only 2 orders. They don’t know what to do, with only 50% house and staff was panicking.
Never again.
