We visited this hidden gem on our visit to the island over the weekend. The place is clean with chill vibe. We had arrived an hour before the closing time but the staff were very warm, friendly and accommodating. We ordered spicy seafood spaghetti, spicy seafood crab risotto and jjamppong spaghetti ( which was a special). The fusion of korean+Italian is very unique and all the dishes were flavourful in itself and distinct from each other. The portions were generous leaving us...
We were looking for something easy for dinner. Something we could get back and eat while we watched the ships and planes in the harbor. The Plate is a cute little eatery with an assortment of seafood/ meat spaghetti and risotto. The girl who took our order was very helpful. We got extra scallops, and added bacon. You can switch out the spaghetti for GF fusilli, which is what we did.
I was craving something nice to eat but wasn't sure what I felt like eating so I searched on my phone and saw great reviews for this place so wanted to give it a try. I ordered the cream seafood spaghetti and it really hit the spot. I really enjoyed it.
I must also say that the service was good also, they seem to appreciate their customers and this goes a long way for me considering the culture we live in
