When someone says no Ice they don’t want ice in their drink
How many times does someone have to keep saying it to your workers to only them put ice in your drink
If I wanted it more watered down I would’ve asked you to add water useless

I went through the drive through today, I normally do not leave less than positive reviews but felt annoyed. I ordered two ice coffee and a wrap. I confirmed at the menu one without sugar and asked again at the window as I recieved the order. It sucked that they dropped the ball and didnt care. Anyway the other coffee was correct and the wrap was as it always is.

Would try again with hopes that they are more careful and I don't have to waste money on something I won't drink.

Awful sevice never get a order straight they m ake it different and the customer had no chioce they gave me what they wanted not what I order then was given back less money then I payed still ripped me off 2 dollars not a nice place countyour money

I ordered a sausage BELT on a four cheese bagel but when I open it there's no egg. And I also ordered a bacon farmers breakfast wrap same thing egg is missing and no cheese.. waited 20mins for this order. I had no chance to come back because I'm rushing to go to work.
