Terrible customer service, acted like I was stupid when I said they forgot my bagel, were terribly rude the whole time, never give me napkins or sleeve my hot drinks and had already been waiting 10 minutes before I even got helped.

I’ve gone to this Tim hortons for a while now, and although I’ve had some rocky interactions with some of the staff, a couple of the evening staff are incredibly helpful and welcoming! The other night I came in and Jae already had my order ready on the till for me, I’m pretty sure she’s one of the team leads, but if not she is definitely one of the nicest staff members there!

Lunch was great. Service for friend at other cashier was a very long wait. Us others were finished our lunch by the time hers was ready. Wr three ordered approximately a minute between. We all ordered the same thing except 2 waters and one medium coffee. To be honest we do still prefer Tim's at Rock City. Chairs at Bowen cut into the leg. Very uncomfortable.

When someone says no Ice they don’t want ice in their drink How many times does someone have to keep saying it to your workers to only them put ice in your drink If I wanted it more watered down I would’ve asked you to add water useless
