I don't come here often however when I do, my order gets messed up or something. Today I got potatoe wedges and Chipotle and there was a hair in it. I have long blonde hair and my husband has blonde hair. This hair is dark and I lost my appetite. I feel disgusted

My favourite location in town. Service is always super fast and friendly. Staff are well coordinated, take orders clearly and directly, and are always polite at the window. Tea is always hot and donuts are always fresh. Super apologetic when they're sold out of something. Just overall good energy and always worth going out of the way to come here. Inside is always clean every time I've been in, too. (The parking lot is a nightmare, but that's not the fault of the restaurant!)

Confused as to why this is the only Tim Hortons that just doesnt carry caramel? It’s not that they are just out of it, any time I’ve tried to order a caramel drink here they say they don’t carry caramel there, why do they not carry one of the most popular coffee ingredients? Very confused I just want a caramel macchiato like at the other locations :/

It seems like Tim Hortons is determined to remove ALL of the healthy choices from their menu ! They stopped serving whole-wheat Bagels some time ago, now they don't offer 12-grain Bagels either ! Everything else is either loaded with sugar , has NO fiber , or includes foods not recommended for diabetics ! Where the hell can I find healthy options ?Dietary restrictions: Very poor selection of high fiber baked goods ! With a growing crisis of stomach cancers , MORE fiber is recommended not less !

Completely ignored at Two tillsOne till was serving a staff member. The other till was having a funny conversation with a delivery driver. Waited a little bit then left..with as much as a hello.

Chicken bacon ranch wrap was great and timbits are awesome as always but the tea this time wasn't that great, too much milk. And it was very hard to understand what the cashier is saying, her English wasnt good at all.
