I come here almost daily, and without fail the consistency and quality of food has been nothing short of wonderful. The way this Tim Hortons prepares and serves food should be used as a model for the rest of the stores. Once they were out of slow cooked chicken, so the server prepared it fresh for me. Even if I get my food at 8:00 p.m., the wraps are very very fresh. A huge shout-out to SHEENIE who (without being asked) went out of her way to provide stellar customer service with a smile. Thank you, will be returning daily.

Near closing time, I had the pleasure of enjoying exceptionally fresh coffee and delicious food. The service, as always, was excellent. That's a quintessential Tim Hortons experience; the staff were charming, and my order was taken with a very gentle voice, which I appreciated.

Today i had a very bad experience with my breakfast order. I ordered Sausage breakfast sandwich through drive thru and when i reached at my workplace, i saw that sausage was missing inside. And i got charged for it and even coffee taste was terrible for second time.

Terrible experience at Tim Hortons. They got my order completely wrong, even though I repeated it twice. The coffee was also awful—watery, bitter, and tasted like it had been sitting there all day. Definitely not worth the money. Won’t be coming back anytime soon.

I am a regular customer at this Tim Hortons and usually get steeped tea from here. The taste used to be really good for both the tea and food. However, over the past few weeks, it has started tasting bad. Compared to other Tim Hortons locations in the city, the food quality at this one is getting worse. I hope the management looks into this.

More cooked coffee. Don’t understand how they can serve that to people and nobody complains. I HATE Burnt coffee. So diasappointing. Used to be so good. Cant continue to east my money there. So hot from being cooked under lights. YUCK!

Update: I keep trying! end of October and still serving burnt coffee that’s reheated coffee! Again yuck! Cup is real hot! U know that’s not fresh before you even taste it! Why u think can fool coffee lovers. Shame on you all!

I enjoy going to this location because it’s next to a bus stop and it’s very convenient to go to. Additionally, they have friendly employees. Ash was kind enough to make sure my order was correct and accurate even though it was a busy time.

Waited to be acknowledged nothing for some time. Then give six maybe workers behind counter and only one cashier can’t speak English?! The second cashier came finally and asked to use washroom after 3-6 mins waiting to be answered women’s washroom had no toilet paper!! I didn’t even get to order my drink as the app was so slow and not working properly. When I go this location staff is happy friend and quick but today was opposite. Don’t think I come back anytime soon

If there is zero star option definitely I will give it to this Tim Hortons. My food is ready coffee is ready but they need 10 minutes to put it into bag.
This is not happening first time, every time I am being there they don’t care about delivery drivers. Even though they don’t are busy. The store manager is there too. Suppose that if she is treating us this way what we can expect from her employees.

worst tims ever. coffee is so inconsistent. it never tastes the same. they dont let their coffee fully brew and they will pour coffee from it ruining the taste. this is especially true during night shift because they will clean everything and don't want 2 dirty coffee pots. i know a few people who avoid this tims. i live next door and will drive downtown instead. the manager needs to fix this issue
