Day shift always wonderful, the elderly man who appears to work alone in the evening wonderful but specifically the person who was working the night of August 9 why was I not able to order anything because it was all “being cleaned” or “shut off for the night”. If it’s 24 hours why can I not order a single item when I haven’t had this issue before?

Update: Responding to the response of my review. I had placed an order, and not only was part of my order wrong, but the staff seemed confused when they were told it was wrong. Yes I was offered to make it right, and when the staff member who made it wrong tried to make it right, they were informed by another staff member they didn't have the ingredients to make it right. Its great they were willing to correct it even if they couldn't, unfortunately there just seemed like a lot of confusion, and miscommunication. While I was waiting I had sat at a table that at first glance seemed clean till I noticed it was sticky. Honestly this is one of my favorite Tim Hortons locations but on the more recent occasions it's not been as good as it was. The Iced Capps are still tasty though and the doughnuts are yummy. Added back a star for service cause it improved on my last visit.

I am a regular here and i enjoy seeing the morning staff and lunch staff. The evening staff isn't so friendly. Poor service tonight in drive thru. Totally messed up my drink order go in to exchange because of what they wrote. Lady at counter is like it's right did you try it. They remake my steep tea and because they didn't have enough they added a tea bag instead. Told her I didn't want it and very rudely said I had to wait for 5 minutes . Wasn't my fault I caught them taking a short cut on drinks. They also been watered down at times for the price we pay. We should be able to get what we request. 25 minutes later I recieved my two steep teas 🤦♀️

Not one time have they made what I ordered plain bagel blt with xtra bacon and Chipotle not once does it come how ordered worst timing hortons on the island

Honestly, this Tim Hortons is my go-to. I swing by most mornings for a coffee and a quick bite before work. The service is always fast, even when there's a line-up, and the staff actually seem like they enjoy their jobs. Plus, they make a mean Iced Capp! It's not just a coffee shop; it's a reliable part of my daily routine.

I was a little confused. I went to order a couple of those quenchers tonight, I was there at 730pm. Apparently you stop serving them at night? I was fairly disappointed. I wasn’t impressed with the behaviour of the staff member who helped me either. Staff member was a touch rude. Maybe if you can put up signs of what you stop serving after 7pm or whatever time it is you shut down services.
Update - this Tim’s is my go to. Closest to my home. Ever since the previous experience I have always been able to order Tim’s quenchers, frozen or not frozen know matter what time of day. In fact I was just there at 915 tonight and ordered everything we wanted and had absolutely zero issues.
Danny was very helpful and friendly towards me, made sure I had what I needed and even asked for my name. :) the employees at this location are always cool.

Every time i visit this tim hortons im always greeted and served with a smile. If i had to shout out one person it would be that one new hire i never quite got his name, but he is always so sweet and understanding! will definitely recommend this location to my friends and i WILL be coming back!!!
