I will gladly give this location a 5 star rating without hesitation!! The customer service has been good for me every visit that I have gone both inside & drive-thru. When I place via the mobile orders, it is always waiting & ready to go as soon as I walk in!!! Keep up the great work & amazing quality of service!!!

Over the course of 4 days, I had went to this location for breakfast every morning.

1st day, order was correct. 2nd day, drink and muffin were correct but wrong wrap. 3rd day, drink and wrap were correct but wrong muffin. 4th day, drink was correct but wrong wrap and muffin.

Unfortunately you cant check a wrap it tills to late, I should have checked my muffins but I should NOT have to. As now I have two that are sitting in my car that will most likely be thrown out. Will however say my drink was perfect every time witch I was happy about as my normal location mess that up frequently.

Northern Lights

You guys have by far the rudest staff of any location.
Recently , I had to repeat myself five times in the drive through for a dbl dbl with a expresso shot , and then when the vehicle they told me to pull behind wouldn't let me in, she yelled at me and told me to pay Attn.
By the time I got to the window , I almost threw the coffee back at her when she told me , I should learn how to use a drive thru as she was handing it to me through the window. You know what happened?
I ended up wearing that lg coffee because she didn't even put the lid on it.
Check your cameras, to watch her scald me in my car. I could honestly have sued your location both for verbal assault from her and being burned. I had to drive home soaked and showered with my clothes on.
The burns were really bad.

Then this past week, we had 4 repeats before they got part of the order right, then the drive through person still gave us someone else's items and we had to wait and drive through was lined!
Again, a LID wasn't on, she burned my friends hand on the window ledge.
Had to make a new coffee.

I don't know if your speaker System needs to be replaced, or if they need to have better headsets, but this is the worst drive through experience in the entire city , and I do whatever I can to avoid it, especially with friends.
If you use the two good to go app, please train your staff because the young heavyset teen we dealt with was so rude and condescending to people twice his age, that it took my breathe away.
All they Have to do is hand you the box, and take the code. He was full on lecturing us on how to use the app and I was literally stunned at his attitude.. for giving the location business.

I hope you guys take a time to put your staff together and really genuinely train them on being decent customer service assists our community.
We deserve better than all this from one location.

Went in after my long day of work, there were two male employees, i wanted to order a chicken craveable they said they were out of chicken and could make anything with turkey. So i asked for a Thanksgiving turkey stack he talked to the other guy and said they can't make it because they dont have the staff ?, Like it wasn't busy and he had just said he could make anything with turkey i feel like they just didn't want to do their jobs lazy employees.

Went through the drive thru - even though it usually takes a while I figured it shouldn’t be bad on Sunday morning. As I sat with one truck ahead of me I noticed the people in front of me pass food and drink back into the store and found it odd.

When I got to the window the lady confirmed my order, I asked - did you give the people in front of me my order?
She quickly replied no, then paused and said yes. I had to ask for it to be replaced. I’m not a picky guy, but not knowing who handled the food was the issue and I’m sure against food safe.

I’m glad they rectified the issue however lying about it seems wrong, just admit the mistake correct and move on. I barely go here as it is and now I’ll just avoid the location fully.

Need to have available the filled timbits.... winery's they only have the one kind and or non at all. Powdered sugar ones are great!
