went first to this branch and there is one staff who looks like she's doing everything that time, drive through, counter and some cleaning, her name is vanessa and she's nice to deal with, welcomed me with a big smile despite being very busy, taking orders and preparing drinks at the same time, etc. good job

Food quality is ok but quite mad that 2 times in a row I've ordered the cravable wrap and was charged for a full wrap when I read word for word off the menu. Maybe if 2 things sound the same the staff should clarify

This is my favorite Tim Hortons. They never mess my order up, and they never second guess my wierd requests.
More than one employee knows our whole families order off by heart.

Every time I order coffee with oat milk here I always end up getting whole milk. I have lactose intolerance and can’t enjoy my drink🥲
I go to this Tim Hortons a lot and there’s amazing service every time and though there might always be a long lineup the staff do such a great job that there might be five cars and an under four minutes I will get my food and the staff are so kind

If you speak English I suggest not going there.
Too Good To Go boxes are now half empty :( They used to be a full box of old food for $5 now it’s only half.

We went through the drive through today and had a good sized order. We get up to the window and the employee already has them all in trays. I paid and asked if we could get sleeves on all the hot drinks. She rudely said “no I’ve already put them in the tray and I’m not taking them out”. I told her we don’t need the tray either as they usually ask at the window if we need and she said “you should’ve said that back there then I’ll put some sleeves on the tray”. She then proceeded to shove them out the window at me and gave more attitude when I asked for a straw after not seeing one she gave me. Worst part is she was wearing a supervisor badge. Not a good look. I get you’re trying to keep things moving through the drive-through, but that shouldn’t affect your customer service.
