Went in tonight with my mom to take advantage of her app deal when we walked in to the restaurant there were 4 crossaints, like 6 donuts and no tim bits may have been 3 muffins if they were lucky. Its 545 at night you close at 11. The ovens were off an no sign of anything fresh coming out... I will not be back.
Ever since new owners took over and new management team its been super down hill.
When my order is 8.45 and I give you 20.45 you owe me 12.00 dollars change not 2.00. Learn how to give the correct change and the correct orders..

went first to this branch and there is one staff who looks like she's doing everything that time, drive through, counter and some cleaning, her name is vanessa and she's nice to deal with, welcomed me with a big smile despite being very busy, taking orders and preparing drinks at the same time, etc. good job

Food quality is ok but quite mad that 2 times in a row I've ordered the cravable wrap and was charged for a full wrap when I read word for word off the menu. Maybe if 2 things sound the same the staff should clarify

I go to this Tim Hortons a lot and there’s amazing service every time and though there might always be a long lineup the staff do such a great job that there might be five cars and an under four minutes I will get my food and the staff are so kind
