My daughter spilled her ice cap in the drive-through before we left the window and it was clearly all over her legs and all over the leather seats. We quickly asked if we could have some napkins with water on it to help quickly mop everything up and they told us that they had nothing nearby. No sinks or anything. They did hand us napkins, but refused to help with water. I know that there are sinks close by and that level of customer service is truly atrocious. Perhaps they were like that because of the speed requirement that they need to do it a drive-through, but it came off extremely rude with a lack of care.

We already said the order twice, and they repeated it (correctly). But they still gave us the wrong order. We had to repeat our order again to them. They end up charging us again for our order.

Stood at the counter with absolutely no one in the restaurant for about 10mins, not sure if I’m invisible today, but a quick “hello, be with you shortly” rather than being completely ignored goes along way. So I left.
My partner doesn't usually like Tim Hortons but the kind service we got here on Friday evening around 730 PM impressed both of us. We didn't catch his name, but the gentleman with the ponytail is very efficient and customer service oriented. It was very appreciated, thank you. He is clearly an asset to your location.

Everyone that works there is so friendly and nice especially some of the people but that might be because i go there all the time with friends and i love all the food and workers, the atmosphere in there is one i love being in. Everything is amazing as there is nothing i would change.
