Used the drive through today, and the employee managing the window (Edit: her name was Mehak) seemed pretty agitated when asking for my payment, and especially after I had asked her to repeat what she had said real quietly to me (I am somewhat hard of hearing). Unfortunately she had an attitude with me the rest of the interaction even though I apologized for not hearing what she said earlier.
Need more friendly people.

Tim Hortons. The food and coffee are consistently fresh and taste great. I especially love the donuts — they are always fresh and not overly sweet, which is perfect for me. The service is quick and friendly, and the place feels clean and welcoming. Definitely one of my favorite locations!
