This store they don’t deserve any stars, the employer there doesn’t care for hospitality or for hygiene. The girls was talking during my making my order about something outside the job. They don’t war hear net correctly. One girl was making my order putting her finger inside the cup then she give me the tea without looking to me who was rude. That’s disaster and sadness putting crews serving al the mall in that bad quality.

The young staff seemed disorganized and lacked leadership, leading to long wait times, mix-ups, and frustrated customers. Orders piled up unclaimed due to poor communication. My order was canceled without notice because of missing ingredients. The staff should improve communication and be clearer when announcing orders.

My go to order here is a Cilantro Lime Chicken Wrap and it has been 2 or 3 times now where I order my wrap and find out after my purchase that the store doesn't have the ingredients required to make what I ordered. Frusturating when I'm on a time crunch and don't have the time to find food elsewhere.

Super slow. Majority of the time I will be waiting in line for over 10 minutes while there’s no other customers. Typically if I order a bagel or a sandwich it’s either not cut or they used a knife that clearly wasn’t clean prior and I get bacon or lettuce (due to dirty knife) in a plain buttered bagel. Highly unsanitary!!!In the drive thru my order is almost always screwed up and I have to take it in to be fixed. Safe to say I will not be returning to this location as it is not up to par with the others around. Staff and production at uplands is far better!!
