This is the second time this has happened.. I went through the drive thru as I was in a rush .. I got a turkey bacon club sandwich.. Something tasted off I opened the sandwich and once again I had brown slimy lettuce in it .. You can’t tell me that you can’t see that when making the sandwich.. Your quality control needs some attention.. I did take a pic that I wish I could post but I was unable to go back and return it .. Check your sandwiches people!!!🤮

Tim Hortons used to have egg salad sandwiches. It was good food. It was one of the better things that they actually offered there, we do know that eggs are very healthy. In fact, a single egg is considered a nutrient, dense multivitamin, unfortunately, with all of the lies and these agenda is going around the world right now people are being told and eggs are unhealthy, which is utter nonsense, bring back the eggs salad sandwiches

I hate this location. Like physically hate it. I order the same thing every weekend - it’s my Saturday morning treat. Farmer’s Breakfast Sandwich on an everything bagel, no cheese.
Last weekend it had cheese on it.
The weekend before it was a bacon sandwich WITH cheese.
The weekend before that it once again had cheese.
The weekend before that it didn’t have the correct sauce and was disgusting.
My husband checked the bag before leaving this morning, and made sure it was sausage with no cheese.
GUESS HE SHOULD HAVE CHECKED THE SAUCE.
Really enjoyed my dry sandwich.
DO PEOPLE HERE NOT KNOW HOW TO READ. I WORKED AT MCDS WHEN I WAS 15 AND WAS ABLE TO PUT TOGETHER ORDERS EVEN WITH MY UNDEVELOPED FRONTAL LOBE.

For messing up a simple order more than once, it’s a one star. This location is usually quick, and I prefer it over the other options around here, but I can’t get the right amount of sugar in my tea here. I ordered a large steeped tee, with 2 milk and half a sugar. The drink I received tastes of mostly sugar :/

Needs to train their employees better, and stop chatting behind the counter. Needs better management. Every second order of mine they mess up and I literally just get an iced coffee- black and a bagel. I come here on my breaks which are only 30 minutes and I end up waiting in line for 20 minutes with no time to eat. The line up is never long when I’m in, just held up by slow staff who appear to not care to serve people, with no knowledge of how to use anything behind the counter nor what food/drink they sell. Black coffee means NOTHING in it…. If I specify that, they get mad at me accusing them of not knowing anything, and if I don’t specify it, they mess it up. Always. Sincerely, a very frustrated regular who is lactose intolerant.
