Today at 5:35 I ordered Habanero crispy chicken bowl from your tim but your sandwich station girl made it wrap when we asked her that we did not order the wrap she turned her face in anger and asked us but we made it in a wrap, she thought we will just pay for the wrap and will grab that wrap which we totally don’t like.
She made that in a bowl after getting off from the drive thru we saw the bowl full of only lettuce, no rice , half chicken
You can see the picture.
We wasted our 10 bucks for this lettuce

Asked for wedges, no wedges. Asked for chili, no chili. Asked for bagels, no bagels. I don’t at all blame the people who work there, I blame the upper management for being bad at paying people a living wage.

Staff are not only rude but also not interested in serving anyone only standing around chatting. They could not understand English, American English, Canadian English or French!!!
Yes we had a full car and all common language options available for the location and yet the staff could still not understand a basic order or enquiry.

Stopped in here for a dozen donuts, a dozen muffins and a couple coffees for a small family get together on Saturday. I got to my destination and realized I only had 2 boxes of muffins, no donuts. I called and spoke to the Supervisor Nick and we picked them up next time we were in the hood. This was just as much my fault for leaving without asking questions, they were easy to deal with and were happy to hear from me and square-up!

Have had several challenges with supply at this particular Tims. It's always busy when I pass through so maybe that's it. I counted 10 staff out front last time but everything was still chaos.

If a person cannot understand an order please don't put her on order taking. Plus she was in training. I wanted the loaded croissant and got one without the meat which makes a massive difference in a breakfast sandwich.
