this is by far the best tim hortons location in nanaimo. every time i’ve gone everyone is very polite and the food is always fresh and good. tonight, i had the pleasure of meeting amanda who was very funny and had a very vibrant personality. she made my night!

This is by far my favorite Tim's in BC! The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially Amanda and Foad. Their positive energy always makes my coffee experience so enjoyable!
No customers in the building and was completely ignored by staff. Did have some drive through, seemed to be their preference. Decided to go to bowen road instead. Got service immediately

Dear Everybody, I may only know a few things in this lifetime, however - I do know that I drink a TON of london fogs and tonight, featured a bountifully (‘black’) honey lemon tea. Great surprise because was I ever speechless when I pulled away from the drive through this evening. I honestly called the store afterwards, to let her know, just how much I appreciated the effort that went into making my ‘tea experience’ review, even a possibility tonight. This particularity, spectacular customer service representative absolutely blew me away, people. It’s not everyday, I see this phenomenons display of uptight professional hairstyle, with an abundance of ‘hair clippage’ and let me tell you, the glitter and sparkle this ‘personality’ had; left my jaw on the floor. I loved every minute of this wonderful opportunity. Please, keep up the incredulous work, that has me stunned. Your beauty astounds me, bravo Amanda.
