As a DoorDash driver, I always strive to respect the operational needs and spaces of the restaurants I work with, understanding the pressures of busy service periods. Despite this, I was met with an unexpectedly unwelcoming attitude from an employee named Angelina.Upon my arrival to collect an order, with the expectation of a short wait as is common in this line of work, I took a seat in an area I believed was designated for customers waiting on orders. Angelina quickly confronted me, stating I must wait outside. Her tone was not just firm; it bordered on confrontational, leaving no room for dialogue or even a moment for me to respectfully comply before she voiced her displeasure.I recognize and agree with the necessity for restaurants to manage their seating for dining customers efficiently. However, the approach Angelina chose to communicate this policy felt less like a professional enforcement of rules and more like a personal rebuke, bordering on harassment. This incident was disheartening, undermining my efforts to perform my job with efficiency and minimal fuss.This encounter has regrettably left me feeling alienated and disrespected, casting a shadow of reluctance over any future engagements with Top Notch Burger. I earnestly hope this feedback prompts a reconsideration of how delivery drivers are treated. Our role is pivotal in bridging the gap between the kitchen and the community, serving as ambassadors for the restaurant with every order we deliver. I would like management to reach out me please. We just stood at the door waiting for ten minutes just to be ignored by all of the female staff members that looked at us and turned away. One male staff member seemingly running room service, was great, but he was gone some time. We are locals and were looking forward to eating here, but have no interest after this experience. We had a birthday celebration for 8 people. The food was very good and Penny, the waitperson was impeccable. The experience has left us completely satisfied and the flexibility of the menu was so appreciated. The only downside was how loud the music was which made it difficult to have conversations with our group. PS the seafood dip was amazing!!!!Parking: Arrive early!! On street parking

Valentine’s Day. Ya figure you would pull out your charm. Went for dinner. Ate dinner. Server never asked how few bites were. Or anything. Had to ask for cutlery. I’m an easy person to please. Sitting at a bar with 2 others ya figure a little check in would be normal. Chat up the waitress. Took plates. Ask how was the burger? NO. Try to go out and support local servers but this was the poorest in a long time. I hate giving a bad review but when costs are up. Dining out is less and you feel like this? I hope there’s learning in all of this. Tips are optional. Not the 15-22% asked for on the bill. Especially on a special day when as a server in the past. It’s an opportunity to cash in. Bummer it was so poor. Again I hate bad reviews as it’s hard but man this was poor.

Wow!! Toronto & Vancouver transplant to VI and I must say this was an amazing place to discover. Downtown in an old Hotel is this spectacular burger speciality place. Yes I googled it first but the reviews did not mislead. Great staff serving some “Top Notch” burgers. If you like a gourmet twist where every thing has been “chef’d up” then you should check out this place. Everything we had was amazing. Thx to the team!! We will be back!!
Absolutely horrific service just trying to get an overworked employer or employee behind bar obviously overworked, not quite sure, very unprofessional. Young waitress very pleasant. Had a party of six will not recommend to anybody to go. Can't comment on the food as we didn't get that far.

Service is always good but this time Trevor served me and he really knocked it out of the park, he’s one of the best assets to the business in my opinion as I can tell he really cares about the customers experience! He was accommodating and helpful and that is so hard to find these days! ?

We arrived at 5:25 so not late and it was not really busy. We waited 15 minutes for the drink order to be taken and another 10 minutes to get the drinks. Wine and beer so not a difficult order. We wIted 45 minutes for our food.Other people who arrived after us were getting their beverages and food before us. We will not go back.

Our server Jonny was so charming and attentive! The tuna burger was a treat. Jonny was so helpful with my partner in trying to find the right burger. There was a bit of a confrontational guest and both Angela and Jonny were so quick to the draw and made us feel safe and seen. We will come back
