I am always disappointed in the food from this triple Os. I ask for onions and no lettuce or tomato on my burger every time. They have charged me for the onion before but when they put the onion on I'm lucky if I get 1 small slver of onion! Fries are alwasy cold and overdone. Lots even look like they've been out through twice. If you don't ask for extra sauce then you're lucky if there's more that a drip of sauce. Even my burger tonight is cold. The service is so subpar it's ridiculous. Only one person working there is nice IMHO.

Best fast food place in Nanaimo. The staff actually care about your order. The food is always delicious and exactly as ordered. This is one of the last fast food places in Nanaimo that has not been bought out and declined in quality and service. Thank you.

Man I dont normally leave reviews, but Mieszka greeted us with a great attitude, was super helpful with the menu and suggesting some cool options. I think he brings a good energy to the store and I can only imagine lots of other people have a great experience at this particular location because of him. Great work Mieszka, keep being you.

Ordered the smokehouse burger it was terrible compared to what I’ve gotten at other Triple o’s Restaurants the garlic Parmesan fries were stingy with the garlic and the Parmesan one out of 10 stars complete disappointment compared to other Triple O‘s restaurants I visited I would not come back here

They recently got rid of my all time favourite burger, the Chipotle BBQ bacon melt. I’m really sad about it. Like I said, it was my favourite. I’m probably not gonna get food from here anymore.

The food was good. The lady behind the counter was RUDE and impatient with us. Not friendly at all. If it wasn’t for the poor customer service I would have given more stars but she ruined it for us. Won’t be back

I love triple Os, but this is this the third time I have come here between 8 and 830, and they have been closed outside their posted hours they are still the best place intown!!!!
