I ordered bc chicken burger with extra chicken patty, bacon on side and with chipotle. But i did get anything come with it. It does not happen first time with me in this store. Every time I ordered from here something is missing. I hope team will get to this and try to fix it in future.

The employees were very arrogant! Went there, was waiting for my pickup, they gave me someone else’s order. After I went back, they told me that it was my fault that I haven’t checked it… with a very unprofessional way. Disappointing! Never going back

Triple O’s please keep qualified employees for your restaurant. Today I went to pick a DoorDash order. I was waiting on the line and an employee asked me the name of the order I was picking. I mentioned the name and she was like “ are you sure you are at the right restaurant? We don’t have this order here”. Then I showed the order from my phone and she went back to the kitchen and made the Order anyway. There were other customers who witnessed the scenario as well. The worst part was they didn’t apologized or explained the situation to me. We don’t have expect this from a famous fast food joint. Thanks

I eat there often, lately there food quality has gotten bad, fries are soggy and cold, burgers come out cold and soggy, not sure what happen to there quality control like they use to be when they first opened. Unfortunately for this I won't return anytime soon or recommend this place...
Long wait! My chicken was luck warm, parmasan fries a bit on the cold side, and the onion rings were hot.
