The place looks so nice and has a lot more personality than most places in the mall. The cupcakes looked AMAZING, and the hot chocolate is really good. Would recommend if you ever see the place!

I ordered my cupcakes and they showed up completely mangled. The delivery driver was also miserable. Spent almost $50 and they were a disaster. If I were them, I would not be having the cupcakes delivered unless they use a reputable delivery service. They cupcakes didn't taste freshly baked either. Too pricey, horrible delivery service and of course no refund.

The young lady working the counter was absolutely wonderful. I told her that my lemon cupcake was absolutely the best one I've had in all my years working in the food industry, including 3 in a Bistro coffeehouse.

Whatever you guys do, don't stop because dang delicious is what that was.
My family raved the entire day, and the next one, and the next, and the line was long or we'd have gone back the other day 🥰🤣

This shows how Nanaimo is a city where business's come to die. Woodgroove mall is going down hill. A cup cake shop. Wow what a waste of space and well there are lots of spaces open with boarded up stores and kiosks are now stores it's so bad. Tiny Cup cakes my daughter could make and sell at school. Horrible Nanaimo, where business's come to die.

Went here yesterday with a group of friends. The coffee was very good with a nice smooth flavor. Cupcakes were a nice treat to go with the coffee.

I was curious why this cute shop was empty on a day the mall was so full it was hard to walk. The woman who served us did not hear us ask for coffee, and instead of saying oops, and getting a coffee, she started an arguement over it. The cupcakes themselves were bland and tiny. 1 Star. Def don't recomend. I can see from the other reviews that this is a pattern instead of one bad day.

Visited with a friend this afternoon. They helped cover my & her cost as we were short change. Customer Service was lovely! Extremely friendly and sweet, talkative even after we had recieved our drinks. We tried the new matcha lattes, hot and cold, and found them very rich and delicious. The Nanaimo Bar Cupcake was also rich and the buttercream was just right.
Two thumbs up !! (Four from my buddy :))

Amazing little spot! The decor was adorable and fun, the owner is an absolute gem and the cupcake was one of the best I’ve truly ever had. So much love and care goes in to this and it sure shines brightly here! Ten out of ten thank you!

I had the best experience here every time I come in I am met with amazing service!! They offer a lot of gluten-free options ranging from snacks to cupcakes And I like that they have an energy drink section as well. It is very refreshing being able to get a snack during work or after work knowing that I am eating safe food!!

Came in and decided to try a couple different flavours. Not only were they dry and stale tasting, but they both tasted the exact same. I should have expected that as the cupcakes sat on display uncovered in the open air. I would suggest covering them with something to keep them moist and fresh. Very disappointing to say the least. Judging by the flavour I would say their cupcake powders are mass produced using the cheapest ingredients possible. I bet they cost no more than 10 cents to make.

There was a time in the late 1990s and early 2000s when boutique cupcakes were all the rage. We are no longer in these times. I saw this cupcake place in the Nanaimo mall and saw that they also served coffee. The decor is very retro 2000s cup-cakery. These were average cupcakes. I thought my kids would like them and they did not. These are tiny cupcakes. I have 4 kids and 2 of them are teenagers. There are 6/12 cupcakes left after 4 hours…so…The latte I also purchased here was pretty good but I felt like the person serving me was judgemental when I originally asked for almond milk. I get it, it’s not great for the environment.
