25.03.31 went thru the drive thru service was awesome and my order was correct and got when I was able eat it.
25.04.01 went inside and due to the Wendy’s being in the downtown of Nanaimo I instantly knew I couldn’t stay there and eat and I would need to take my food to go as I did not feel safe inside eating, and I feel for the staff. Took forever to order not because of staff but because of the person in front of me who was clearly high and rude to staff to forever to order. Unfortunately staff got my order wrong but is was still good and hot when I got to eat it. I would definitely not recommend eating in their dinning room.

dont order from here. paid for a nashville chicken burger & it had a oil soaked bun and no hot sauce inside. Pop wasn't filled either & no ice.

Terrible location now with the drug epidemic and homeless situation but food was hot pretty quick they only messed up once.

I usually brag about Wendy's ! But tonight our burgers were not warm and not fully cooked! Told cashier on our way out!! And the fries were not good either! Dry like they were sitting for a bit!!! Sad
