1/5 stars - Had a really weird experience at Wendy's. The staff seemed overwhelmed and the atmosphere wasn't great. They charged me 35¢ for a takeout bag, which I've never seen before. Also, ran out of ketchup and straws? Not worth it. Maybe try somewhere else.

I had a poor interaction on my last visit. The cashier kept getting my order wrong, and unfortunately I believe it was a communication issue. Things were forgotten and when I mentioned it, I was questioned and had my order reviewed before receiving my drinks.

I love their chicken burger. Real meat, hot juicy and fresh, good bun, lettuce tomato and mayo. The seasoned breadcrumbs on the chicken breast then deep fried and juicy is excellent value and thank u now u got me hooked !

Lots of unhoused nodding off at tables, grabbing leftover food from vacant tables, it's sort of clean, it's great if you grab your food and eat elsewhere

Well, I've given them the benefit of the doubt, but the drivethru service person should not be on window. Ordered my food clear with no loud noises around and a very simple order and I get to the window and I go to get my order and it's wrong,... again. I mentioned it politely and wanting it rectified and all that is done is eyes rolled back and proceeded to very slowly attempt to fix my order, like it was my fault they got it wrong. Foods always good here just the service needs some serious help.

The drive-thru attendant was very rude and wouldn't take our order even tho they locked the restaurant doors 30 mins early. He said and I quote “rent a taxi and come thru the drive thru” absolutely horrible business and attitude

Place was filthy. So much pop on the floor it almost pulled my shoes off. Tables and seats were covered in food and pop. Drink station was a mess. Won’t eat in again.
