The entrance door was a mess of broken glass and a less than stellar tape job to reduce the risk of slashing customers' limbs. Inside, there was an air of a long overdue need for renovation. I won't even comment on the state of the washroom. The employees were either oblivious to their surroundings or they were making the best of a bad situation. Not sure what was going on inside the "to go" bag but it was leaking fluid and blew out before I got to my vehicle. I've hear negative comments about Nanaimo, this experience backs up the opinion.
