Didn’t come here for several months after my last poor experience despite having a credit. Previously ordered in the drive thru and received burgers that were the wrong sized patty(junior sized for Dave’s singles), missing pickles and tomatoes and with a minuscule amount of shredded cheese in lieu of the regular slice. I heard them tell the car behind me that they were out of basics such as coke, but I was not warned that they were out of - well - everything. I get these things happen, so I called and the person I spoke to seemed to know what I was calling for before even saying “I just got the strangest order ever…” anyway, finally decided to give these guys another try tonight. I brought up having a credit in the book and was told this location is under new management and I could speak to a manager if I wanted. I knew time had gone by and decided to just let it slide and say, don’t worry no trouble I trust this is in better hands and paid full price. A mistake .. half my order was missing and when I tried to call to inquire no one answered despite the drive thru being empty less than 10 minutes earlier. I will not be returning here. Go to the new location at Hammond by and the highway. I have never had an issue there and often opt to drive the extra distance.

Slowest and rudest customer service you never get anything right I come here often and every single time they park me even if its just 1 item like a simple chicken wrap and then I wait 10-15 minutes but I sent my friend through ordered the exact same item in my truck and they let him wait at the window! This wendys is terrible for this i guess theyre prejudice would not suggest supporting this one the kne in north end is 100% better then this place

I ordered a dave triple buger on the Tuesday evening and when i got to work it was a single i phone them i couldn't come back that evening so went on the Wednesday night and they gave me a daves triple free of charge am very happy with i did take a picture 📸 of the Dave's single to show them thanks to the worker's thier 👍

Store was clean with no one inside the restaurant. Keep this in mind when you read the next part. Waited over 20 mins for our food to go, not many cars went thru the drive-thru, when she was putting the burgers in the bag I couldn't tell which one had no onions requested. So they pulled them out to go check them (at home they fold the one without onions a special way). They folded the bag and called for us, we grabbed it and left... only to be in the car about to turn onto the highway, when opened the bag to find it was missing both fries as we ordered combos. No apology Fries were like warm Very disappointing hence the low scores Not sure I'd want to try that location again

Ordered food, and the service was poor the women taking the order wasn’t listening and kept cutting me off well I was trying to order , I was sitting down waiting for my order, the women at the front, called my name and not even 3 seconds later called it again, and again as I’m walking to pickup my food, also the drink machine is so dirty.
