The food was okay, but the drink machine is always out of the drink I want. They never seem to have a good selection available, which makes the experience disappointing.
I just picked up my order from drive thru on 21 may morning 1:10 am I order a bigg order 60 dollars but I didnot get my chiken nudgets and and other some things this is shits thing ever. crazyyyyy
Absolutely amazing experience. Restaurant was very clean and the staff were professional...kind and very in tune with customers. The food was amazing...made fresh and actually looked like it does when they advertise ! More places should take note of this establishment. Impressive to say the least. Thank you

Hi there, loyal Wendy’s fan reporting in — you can probably tell by the mountain of points I’ve racked up (I’m basically one spicy chicken sandwich away from having honorary staff status).
So here’s what happened: I came in and bought a proper Double-Double combo with my own hard-earned burger money. Then, like the generous soul I am, I used my Wendy’s points to grab an additional Dave’s Double for my friend. One paid double, one points double — a beautiful, beefy plan.
But when I opened the bag? Tragedy. The burger I paid for — the Double-Double — only had one patty. That’s not double, that’s diet. My friend got their full double, and I got the budget version of what I paid for.
Naturally, I called and left a message on the answering machine. No reply. I called again the next day. Still nothing. On day three, I came in to talk to a manager. Before speaking with her, I even showed an employee my call log — 9:15 PM, Wendy’s number, solid proof I wasn’t just yelling my order into the void. The employee confirmed it.
But then the manager came over and hit me with, “You have no history of calling us.” Like I was trying to con my way into a free patty. I explained that my phone deletes call logs except the most recent one, but she didn’t believe me — actually accused me of lying. Lying — over a hamburger!
So I did what any reasonable burger fan would do: I called head office right then and there, live from the restaurant, because someone needed to hear about this patty injustice.
I’ll still come back — the food’s good, the points system is fun, and let’s be real, I’ve forgiven family members for worse. But please, check the answering machine and never accuse a loyal customer of lying, especially when they’re buying doubles and giving them away like burger Santa.
Quick drive through, friendly staff
All Wendy’s are not created equal. So disappointed with my husband’s breakfast when compared to a Wendy’s in Cochrane Alberta.
The muffin was ice cold, the bacon was ice cold, the eggs were ice cold but the potatoes were warm so not a total loss. Honestly, the restaurant needs to be audited. Thank you for listening.
I’m not accustomed to ordering for children’s meals. I explained that I wanted three meals and then gave the deviation ie: no lettuce etc (kids are picky) I was asked to confirm the order but I don’t read the bill as straight forward so eff it - sure it’s fine. Well it sucked and the children will be teasing me about that for awhile. It wasn’t even close to three meals. One drink, one fry. Ugg. We ate what we had and then we went to eat somewhere else. I don’t go here to often. There are never any baked potatoes when I go. The service is ok.
My favorite Wendy's spot in the whole island. I will usually order the Baconator and they always cook it perfectly. One time I even got an extra patty! These guys rock

Completely messed up my order. Smaller drinks than what I ordered. One burger I didn’t even order. And didn’t get the Cinnamon bun. When I asked for them to correct their mistake the lady at the window blankly stared at me and then shut the window!!!
I don't expect fine dining, but cleanliness and consistency should be the bare minimum here.
Garbage bins are constantly full to overflowing, trays with half eaten food and other waste are left to pile on the garbage bins, and the tables are often grody and sticky.
We're often given incorrect sizes for what we order (i.e. small cups for medium or large combos), certain items are constantly out of stock, and the food has been served to us lukewarm several times. This happens most with the fries, which sometimes taste old and rubbery.
In short, drive the extra few minutes to one of the other locations. Sad to say this, because it's been a convenient go-to Wendy's for us for years.
One of the three late night drive thru options for food in Nanaimo. Oops, I mean two. McDonald's doesn't serve food fit for human consumption.
wost customer service had to wait 12 min to even have someone take my order and I was the next in line
