Just about every time we have gone there lately they mess up the order. They don't care, they couldn't be bothered. A job that use to be done by teenagers are now done by incompetent adults who barely speak english. To top it all off, food quality has gone down BIG time.

This location is the best in nanaimo I would 💯 recommend this place they get your order right they also listen to your concerns even ordering on skip the dishes and door dash this is the only location that sends everything in your order I only missed one item ever which wasn't their fault they just didn't have what I requested amd next time I ordered it came with 2 very happy with this location the other 2 have crappy workers this one good for the most part

The staff are beyond rude, the disrespectful attitude they show towards customers is unacceptable. Being an ex food service employee I am always super polite yet they are pissed off just to do their job and they make it very clear that you are a bother to them, then they speak in a different language and laugh so likely talking trash about the customer. This is not a one time thing, every time for the last few months so I’m done with Wendy’s. I won’t “bother you” with my business anymore.

Half the time when I go through the drive thru they forget something. The people taking the orders don't always enter it into the computer and that's where it goes wrong. I don't go there much anymore. I tried again this week, got a frosty and they forgot the spoon again. I won't be going back.
