Blonde waitress was very impatient and rude. Made it feel like we weren't welcome. The food took almost 2 hrs to arrive and was mediocre. Not coming back, a very disappointing experience on my birthday.

Good service for drinks. Bad service for bouncing. Door guy wouldn’t let anyone in even to say goodbyes. Was rude and gave no explanation. Heard good things but unlikely to be back.

Woefully understaffed. Waited ~50 minutes, never got food so we left.

I love the selection of craft beer, the hand cut fries and Andrea is always the best.

Omg...came in on a lark. Unbelievably good. Fantastic pub halibut n chips and the live music on a saturday afternoon was fantastic. Probably coming back tomorrow!!!

The prices were a lot lower than expected compared to other pubs in the area. The Wheatsheaf burger and Reuben were both fantastic. They were fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. There was a small hiccup with the takeout order due to a miscommunication with the kitchen and pub making us wait a while, but the food was worth the wait. Definitely will be back.

We ordered our food an hour in advance, FOR TAKE OUT, and the food waa 30min late, we waited in a parking lot for over 30min!!! And got a salad for $19 that was seriously a head of lettuce!!!! Brutal is all I can say.
No attempt to make things right and when the blond manager i spoke to seemed to think there was no issue because after 1.5hrs we received the pizza. Who ownes this business? I would like my money!!!!, and time back i wasted on this dinner. Don't go to this pub unleess your desperate@!!!

Unless you are a local and they know you - good luck. I waited 7mins for one of the 3 waitresses to notice me, in a room with only 3 other tables occupied. I had a pint. Observed the table next to me, they ordered 2 pizzas. They muttered to each other about the lack of toppings n flavor. I then looked over the menu and couldn't believe what they paid for them. Waited again for another refill on my pint. Zero conversation from the staff. Hugs if you sat at the bar tho reserved for regulars. Anyways, visit your local Legion or Elks club. And just buy a Dellisio from Safeway. Cheers!

Fantastic selection of Vancouver Island beer made it hard to decide, ended up with more than I went in for which isn't a bad thing.

The pizza has thick toppings and tastes awesome. Our waitress was perfect 👌 👍 excellent beer too. 🍺🍕🍻👍

This is a very good blue collar pub, great food, cold beer and good service. The decor is old but adequate.
