Update - as you can see below they messaged me asking for a chance to make things right. I reached out to that email address and asked them if they could identify the Gluten Free burger by looking at the packages. No response.
I also received a phone call from the manager Zac. Who also also asked for the chance to make it right. He also told me that he wrote up the server who packed our order and threatened to fire her. I told her that wasn't necessary and unless he could identify the Gluten Free burger in my photo he shouldn't throw his staff under the bus like that.

Ordered the brisket burger special to go for myself and my girlfriend. She has a SEVERE gluten allergy. We were told that gluten free was no problem. Order was packed up in two separate bags and we were told the gluten free option was in the bag with the sticker. Get home and my bag doesn't have a burger in it at all. Just fries and a salad. Her bag has two burgers in it. No idea which is the gluten free one. If they can't get the order packed up correctly, how do we know they didn't cross contaminate in other ways. So we spent $60 to not have a meal.

We had a great experience. Server Edward and Manager Nicolette There was a hiccup with our order. It was resolved quickly.
Plus they gave us a carrot cake for desert. We will return.

The service was amazing. I can't remember the server's name but she and her co-workers were so sweet to my 6 year old daughter, who dressed up as a firefighter before her meal. The staff allowed my daughter and I to play together and sat us in a slower section of the restaurant so we had lots of space. The food was good but the service and atmosphere were outstanding. Thank you!

I've been going to Whitespot restaurants since the 60s they never disappoint. This one in Nanaimo north is one of my favorites for the same ambiance, excellent food & service that I've always enjoyed. Try the Legendary burger, actually any of their burgers. Slways excellent ?

Went for lunch with my Mom, wife and kids(teenagers). The place was super busy with a big lineup after us. The food was very good. My kids are big fans of mocktail type drinks and were very excited when the server said the new drinks were bottomless. They are already talking about going back with Grandpa just because of the drinks. The server was so good, friendly, warm and funny. We will definitely be back, the food was delicious, reasonably priced and the service was excellent(thank you Patty).

White spot has always been great at this location. Recently even better, I think it's a new manager or owner. Super friendly and welcoming, takes away dishes, chats and asks how everything is. That is pretty rare to see now a days.

I have had a number of bad experiences at this restaurant. I did speak to Nicolette the Manager. I tried to give them another chance and nothing but problems still. When I brought this to Nicollete's attention (again) I felt like she pacified me, and brushed me off. A lot of the issues I was having had to do with bad service, cleanliness issues, and staff failing to tell the customer on the bottomless fries program. White Spot has this program in place on bottomless fries, but seems staff don't like to bring it up. This establishment has changed a lot from what it used to be. Needless to say, I have found it easier, less stressful, and cheaper to just cook a meal and eat at home.

I was in White Spot tonight with my daughter and granddaughter to celebrate my granddaughter, Ruby’s birthday.

Liam served us. He was delightful, funny, genuine and quite honestly, made our night extra special. Food was excellent as always
