Disappointed!!! My husband took me to this location for my birthday dinner. It was a little after 5pm. November 21st. The restaurant was busy, many staff members( hostesses) came and left the front desk. Not one of them acknowledged us or any of the other customers who were willing to wait. Also did not see any Managers on the floor. We waited for some time, hoping to be noticed. Feeling completely ignored, we left. So disappointing. I suggest that during peak times have someone at the front who excels at customer service, especially when it's very busy. Customers will wait if the feel seen and are welcomed.

Had the most awful customer service when using White Spot as a hot lunch provider for our school.

First, the manager expected us to pick up lunches at 10am - schools don't have warming areas so kids would've had frozen meals by noon. He only accommodated us when I said we would no longer be able to use them for hot lunch. Expecting me to disrupt my students and teachers is so entitled, I can't believe it. There's no way other schools hold food for 2 hours.

Second - we were shorted burgers the day of and when we called, he argued and said nope too bad. It's a school. We just paid you almost $900. Clearly, we aren't trying to scam you over 5 burgers. People make mistakes and it is possible the wait staff there weren't prepared for that order and miscounted. To interrupt the person calling, act like it's an us problem too bad? You shouldn't be a manager. We never did find those 5 burgers that we apparently misplaced so not sure who is the issue here...

Thank god Triple O's was open so we didn't have hungry kids. They had to wait but at least they were fed.

Anyways, I'll never be back. The manager there should be terminated or take a course in how to treat customers.

Literally THE BEST white spot on the island. Been to lots and food/service here are always amazing! We always stop here on our way up island from Victoria. Thank you :)
