I ordered my favourite dish chicken souvlaki recently at Zougl's. Portion size was good, chicken was cooked perfectly. What was lacking was flavour! Not enough seasoning and no lemon flavour. Greek potatoes are usually cooked with lemons. The rice was bland as well. I was so disapointed. I like Zougla's because of the decor, the location, the staff and in the past the food. At these new prices I expected better. Keep up the good work but please improve the chicken souvlaki.

Surf and turf souvlaki.. first time going to Zouglas and very happy we did. It was our anniversary dinner and the service was lovely , complimentary fresh bread was delicious as was the dinner itself. Loved the fingerling potatoes, fresh Greek salad, and the rice was one of my favorite components. Proteins were cooked perfectly and I liked the opportunity for a bit of variety with the surf and turf option (as someone who can never decide between so much good sounding stuff lol)...

Very classy establishment with a nice view. Mid-high price, but it's well worth it. This isn't a typical pub or normal restaurant. Cloth handkerchiefs, nice glassware, excellent staff and good food.
