This place has amazing fried fish. It looks pretty sketch, which is fine it's takeout. The portions huge. If I had to say anything it's if you need ketchup, ask for it. That said gravy and fries is a good thing.

On a long road trip through BC from PNW- best food we have had all trip. Staff was polite and fast. So glad we took a chance- the snack boxes are huge, our whole car smells like heaven right now.
The chicken was hot and fresh, the fries were delicious, and the service was great! The only possible downside is that the outer appearance is a little... Rugged at first. Definitely a great place to stop!

They’re great!!!
Their Fish, Chicken and burgers are some of if not the best in town! With fast, friendly service they’ll have a wonderful meal whipped up for you in no-time; Hangover’s has a well-rounded menu with some of the all-time classic comfort foods (notably what it says on the tin and more!), all of the same great quality.
I’ve had their fried chicken in piece and wing cuts, both are excellent, with a great meat-to-batter ratio and always perfectly cooked.
Their fried cod fillets are quite good, well seasoned batter and super-crisp, perfectly paired with generous offerings of tartar sauce and lemon juice (in convenient packets and small tubs I will add, I never knew tartar sauce was ever packaged like that).
And finally their burgers…
I can’t get enough of them, I’m a tad biased as I love burgers, but these take the cake, possibly *THE* best burgers for take-out in town, delicious, hearty patties with fresh lettuce and tomatoes, and delicious buns, well constructed too!!! Quite wide, and not tall, some genius burger engineering, big fan of them.
And a big fan of Hangover’s, I wish them many more great years serving fantastic, delectable dinners to the Hazeltons, a humble local restaurant I’m proud of.
