I go to this gas station twice a week and I won’t be back. The same lady that works here tries to scam every time. She will either ring up drinks at their full price versus the advertise deals of 3 for $7 or when you pay cash for something and also have them put credit on a pump they will short the pump. This has happened 3x in the past month. At this point this is an owner/operator issue as clearly they are the ones teaching the employees to commit fraud.

I paid $40 in cash with two twenty dollar bills for gas and a drink - found they had only put $16.75 through to the pump. I went in to ask what had happened, only to be gaslighted and told I only paid $20. Only after about ten minutes of back and forth and my request for review of security camera footage did they give my other $20 back. To me it seems that this wouldn't have been an isolated incident; they likely embezzle money this way from honest customers that trust the employee to put the correct amount paid through to the pump after paying cash. Make sure get a receipt and check it before leaving the store. I'm disgusted with the dishonest business practice that was displayed here.

I've never seen a bathroom so gross in my life , I've said to the manager a couple times and always the same excuse.. don't go in there. The people working at Esso- ESSO 7-Eleven 378542177 DOLLARTON HWY,NORTH VANCOUVER,BC V7H 1B1Should be ashamed of the environment they're keeping

It's 3:10 am now and this is the ONLY place close to the highway that would allow me to use the washroom. I have a medical condition that causes me to need a washroom instantly. The three other places I tried ALL denied me access. They were all told I have a medical issue and NONE of them cared. I wasn't asking for money I wanted a washroom. Even the petro Canada on main Street here in North Vancouver told me that the washroom is out of order. I know for a FACT that you cannot have staff working and not provide facilities to your staff and not one of them let me use the facilities. I will be calling the managers of petroCanada, a&w, and chevron to lodge complaints. And I WILL be calling the manager to make sure the gentleman working here at the 7- eleven gets the recognition he deserves.

Always my favorite gas station in the area as it is attached to a 7-Eleven store. They are the only convenience store with proper hot food. After a long day at work, I can grab a good snack for my long commute over the bridge to get home, and it's better than the stuff at Tim Hortons next door. Esso Extra is my preferred rewards program as you can complete challenges to earn a fixed amount of discounted litres of fuel, in addition to collecting the points themselves. You can choose when to use the discount by swiping a separate fuel savings card you. It's like a game, so it's a bit more fun than aimlessly collecting points in the hopes you might get enough to redeem them for something one day.
