I just love A&W! The food is always delicious and fresh, and the service is top-notch. The Teen Burger is a favorite of mine, and their root beer is the best! The staff, especially Soman are always friendly and efficient. The restaurant is clean and cozy, making it a great spot for breakfast or lunch. I had an excellent experience at this location. The food was hot, fresh, and flavorful. I tried the spicy chicken burger and onion rings, and both were absolutely delicious. Highly recommend!
I had a very disappointing experience with the store manager during a delivery today. When I entered the store, she told me the order was ready, but after waiting inside for over two minutes, it clearly wasn’t. I decided to step outside and wait for a notification on my app. After five more minutes with no update, I went back inside to check.
The manager immediately confronted me in an aggressive tone, asking, “Where were you? I told you to wait here.” Her attitude was rude and unprofessional. When I explained that I was waiting outside, she became even more hostile, repeatedly telling me to “get lost” from the store. When I asked why she was speaking to me this way, she arrogantly responded that she was the manager and continued to act dismissively.
I do want to mention that the other staff members at this location are very polite and helpful. However, the manager’s behavior was unacceptable and unfit for someone in a leadership role. Please consider hiring a manager who is respectful and has proper customer service skills to represent your brand.
