I asked for a runny egg and got a “we don’t do that” from the staff so I asked for a mozzarella burger with no tomato and ended up getting a mozzarella burger with extra tomato with no lettuce

Very close to eating mold today in my spicy chicken burger… last time I will be at a an and w. They gave me my money back but I just don’t feel like that is a fair trade.

First time at this A&W location and was very satisfied with the quality of food and lovely customer service provided.
I don't know if other A&Ws bring your food over to your table if you decide to eat in, because this location does. I was asked to take a seat and they will bring the food over to me. I was surprised and very happy with the overall service and quality of food during my visit. Will definitely visit again!

Surprised by the fresh leafy veg & tomatoes used in burgers and the quality of meat and eggs used. The burger characterisations as Papa, Mama, Grandpa, Uncle and Teen etc lends to the fun. Love the co-branding of coffee w Pret but I could not be sure if it was not just coffee left standing on a hot plate. The servers were quite seriously earnest :-) Learned that A&W is from Canada!

The service is terrible! We ordered extra bacons but were not served, then no apology just gave extra bacons in bag when requested. Also our drinks were not served on time together with foods, then no apology as well, just told us they were just to prepare them. Bad experience here, not coming again!
