This place has the worst service imaginable. Just before closing time, they lock the washroom, rush your orders, and as soon as you start eating, they pressure you to leave, citing the store's closing time of 9:30 because they have to catch a bus. Moreover, they even refuse to prepare certain menu items that take a bit longer. This isn't an isolated incident; it happens every time we come back from the mountain around 8:50 pm. I definitely would not recommend this place.

Went today and they were busy. Busiest I have ever seen. The young lady was very friendly and her take charge attitude was definitely keeping the team on track. Food was hot and got to us fast. Management should congratulate the entire team. Awesome work you guys!We used a coupon. The only way I can stomach the cost of food here but the burgers are awesome ?

This place is inside a shopping mall then you will find plenty parking spots for free. Inside the restaurant is big enough to find a sitting and few outside table. Girls on cashier were helpful and professional. They were serving our food on the table. Public washroom was available and clean. Food was hot and as we expected. I like A&W when they serve drinks in the chilled glasses ?

The Best A& W on the North Shore!!! Amrit and his staff are consistently cheerful and friendly and have amazing customer service skills; they frequently bring your order directly to your table. The restaurant is kept extremely clean. Breakfasts and coffee are my favorite!!
