I ordered Chubby chicken burger with extra mayo & onions..I got the right order however, the chicken is stale chicken..
Chubby chicken needs to be cooked for at least 5 minutes but my order was handed to me after 2 mins of waiting.
Picture attached doesn't looks like freshly cooked chicken to me It should be light brown and crispy

From the first bite, a strange taste in my food. I had to taste everything to realize that it was the bacon that was bad. The service was also terrible.

We ordered two burgers, and they tasted awful because the meat seemed spoiled. When we asked, the staff and cook insisted it was just the taste of fresh beef and that we must not be used to it. To make things worse, a regular customer was brought over to tell us that the meat always tastes like that, and she told us to eat our food and shut up! After that, the staff ignored us completely. This was by far the worst food and customer service I've ever encountered.

The food is good but WAAAYYY too overpriced. $10 for a small poutine? That’s crazy. I honestly only eat at A&W with coupons.
Had a breakfast sandwich and hash brown combo. They were loaded with at least half cup of oil. The bacon was very dry tasted burnt.

Again, frustrating slow service for taking orders. Cashier skipped a helpfull costumer in line ( helped to carry a tray to another person). 12 min later and i am still waiting. Wrong orders getting out and people getting irritated. We left and ate across the street. Not worth my time.
