We went to Alibaba a few days ago and were honestly blown away by how delicious the liver and heart skewers were. It tasted just like the real thing back home in Iran, rich, flavorful and perfectly grilled. I’ve tried a few other places, including one we visited before based on a recommendation from Amir, the admin of the Persian Vancouver page, who had called Alibaba dirty and even made some awful claims about the owner. That other spot (Hidra) turned out to be a huge disappointment....
This restaurant provides you with nice food and also grab and go before you are on your way to visit the Capilano suspension bridge. We tried their Beef Donair and other food which made us feel satisfied. The owners are also nice and kind.
