Altitudes Bistro

We arrived and every seat was dirty and one of the napkins had a smear of something on it. What was interesting is that all of the servers were huddled chatting and no one seemed to care that every chair was dirty, the floor was dirty. The meal was ok except the carrot/celery appy was inedible. The carrots looked liked they were either old or frozen.
The main issue was the uncleanliness. We were there at a slow season and if I was the manager-my team would not be lounging around while the tables/chairs/floor was dirty.

We had an absolutely amazing time dining at Altitudes Bistro on Grouse Mountain. The view alone is breathtaking, but what truly made the experience unforgettable was our server, Nika. She went above and beyond from start to finish, attentive, friendly, and genuinely passionate about making sure everything was perfect

Came here tonight very randomly for my boyfriend’s birthday dinner, Cici was the best! She made our whole experience just elevated! She recommend the carrot ginger soup and wow amazing (I need the recipe) she also brought out a little birthday desert for us which made him feel super special! Overall she was so friendly and sociable and you can just tell she’s such a genuine nice person! Thanks again!! 💗

It was a Beautifull view, but unfortunately, the staff and waiters didn't seem to serve. My wife and I waited for 30 minutes, and nobody asked us for a decision, drink, or meal.

Regular occurrence to be seated and then left for 10-15 minutes before a server offers a glass of water or checks in to take an order. I gave up after fifteen minutes and just walked out today. Not the first time either. Consistently poor customer service.

This restaurant is all about its location and a must visit if you are visiting the Grouse Mountain. Its purpose is to offer exceptional views of Vancouver from the Grouse Mountain in a very cool, relaxed and luxurious.

I highly recommend the outdoor terrace seating or the even the indoor section which is in glass, overlooking the beautiful views of the Ocean.

The bar counter inside is also a friendly spot.

The food is good and the service is great.
