We do love their barbari and bcz I have a severe sesame allergy, we always get free-sesame ones. Today my mom called them and did ask for 3 plain barbari; when we went there to pick them up they not only had not done their job properly, the cashier answered back us in a such RUDE way. She needs to be trained how to do customer service. We will come back tho. JUST PLEASE TAKE THE PATRONS’ ORDERS PROPERLY!

The bread is awesome I went to the store Because of the bread smells , and I bought bread.The cashier was really rude they don’t even talk you if you don’t speak Farsi you will see the difference. they’re so friendly and helpful with Farsi speaker costumers which I appreciate that, but I wish they treat everyone the same. I took the bread I look around that which one I want she gave me such bad look and I went forward I said I want this bread and a bag she pushed the bread on the table towards me without a bag. She said no word with me . Despite I love the bread, but i will never go back to this Store again. People wants to go somewhere where they’re welcome. I wrote this comment hopefully they change their costumer service attitude. I recommend the bread good quality, but 0 % costumer service unfortunately.
