The place is convenient , lots of parking spots, inside the restaurant is clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful, the chicken and the sides were very tasty, this place is great if you come with a large family or by yourself.

This place is GREAT!
Absolutely loved it! Food was EXCELLENT! Order at the counter but they bring it to you. Nice dining room. And then AWESOME desserts to finish it off! Definitely recommend you try this if you are in the area. Not sure if they have locations outside of Vancouver... hope so!

The quality of their food is excellent! The chicken was perfectly cooked and full of flavor, and the rice was delicious. They’re also very generous with their portions. I highly recommend this place!

Eat here as much as possible definitely my favorite meal and the staff are amazing

$17.99 for a peri peri bowl that came with 4 small pieces of chicken. Much better options available in the area where they don’t cheap out on the portions

Tasty meals, and you get to pick your spice levels. You order your food at the till, then have a seat. They will bring your order to your table and check in you after you are served. African decor and comfy lunch spot. Prices are great, too!

Their service was pretty good, we ordered the food from counter, they brought me the drinks and then later gave me another refilled one, we stayed a pretty short time, but they have come to our desk several times to make sure everything was good.

Barcelos is a family favorite. We love going there to celebrate a birthday. They are very kind, providing candles and lighter in case you forgot. Staff is very nice and the food is really good.

Everything was great, since the staff to the delicious taste of the food. I'll return for sure.
