The rudest staff I’ve ever seen in a store. Zero respect for customers. Will never come back again.

I don’t normally leave reviews but this experience left a sour taste. I have been going here for years and suddenly I’m paying almost $6, for what is supposed to be a single scoop but is really a kids sized scoop. I’ve always loved their ice cream but based on the cost and what is being given it’s not worthwhile anymore.

Extremely rude and unpleasant staff. The old lady gave us one ice cream to try and said afterwards that we’ve had too many trials so we had to pick an ice cream. The people before us got to try 5 different flavour before they get to pick the ice cream.
She then started fighting with us as to how we need to pick the ice cream NOW even though there was no lineup behind us.
I wonder who recruits these individuals since they just ruin Baskin Robbin’s name.

I called the store to ask about ice cream photo cake for my daughters birthday party and they were really great and I’m SO HAPPY with how it turned out! We only like to get ice cream cake usually and I didn’t know where I could get one around the north shore. The website is sent totally clear but calling them was so easy fast and it was ready within two days is when I wanted to have it done by! Amazing very happy with it

I had a job interview across the street on may 27th, and I thought I did really well on it so decided to go treat myself to an ice cream or something, waited for about 25 minutes and the old Asian lady was still helping one person. When the person she was helping was going to pay, she couldn't understand a thing the customer was saying, got annoyed after waiting for an hour and a half, decided to leave and probably won't come back. PLEASE WORK ON CUSTOMER SERVICE

10.99 for a smoothie is regarded , also the Sunday came with no toppings cold brownie at least warm the brownie for 15 bucks for 2 tiny scoops of ice cream. This place will be out of business soon.

One of the worst ice creams I’ve ever had in my life. When we tasted it, it had a strong refrigerator smell, and it was obvious that it had been sitting there for a long time. Totally disappointing!

I have been to other Baskin-Robbins and I always loved their ice cream and have good experiences. This one was different. Their prices are higher than others and their scoops are really small. Their regular scoops are same size as kids scoops in other locations. I would not recommend this location to anyone. The server was not pleasant either, did not say hello or anything when I entered.

The customer service and the employees are the worst. I came on a Sunday. I asked for a cake. I asked the employee for help because I'm from another province so I don't know what kind of flavors do they have. So the employees reply to me in a very weird way and unprofessional and they don't even want to help me.(The unprofessional employee that I had never had a bad experience like that in Vancouver was an Asian lady with a mask on) I try very friendly to explain to them what I want. They still don't want it to serve me and act like they don't want to sell anything. To be honest it is one of the worst experiences that I had in Vancouver and I will never go back to this store again and I would advise to be honest to Educate the staff members They were two employees at the time One male and one female Sorry for that.
Came close to closing, and the 2 workers had a small rush of customers. They got through them fast enough, but they surely felt rushed, because we got the saddest, smallest scoops on our cones. Wish I took a picture, but you wouldn't have been able to see the ice cream anyway

There is an Asian woman who wearing a mask on her face and treating people in horrible way ! I’ve never seen this sort of behaviour by staffs in Vancouver , I would never go to this store again although I had mouthwatering ice cream there.
