I’ve been having baskin robins for over 20 years now and I still love it like I did as a kid. Great flavours. The store in North Van is pretty accessible, got great restaurants around so it’s always a good choice for desserts.
I am big fan of Baskin Robbins and ever I come to Canada, I wondered why there aren’t many if any BR branch here. Then I found this branch and finally I tried my old time favorite “Mint Chocolate Chip”. Apart from the cold reception of the shop representative, I tasted many chunks of small ice in my ice cream which shows it was lying there for long time. I am really disappointed.
The place is clean, in a good location, and have a good amount of flavors. However, the scoops of ice cream I get here is so tiny compared to other branches I've been to. If I'm paying for $5 a scoop, it better be a damn good scoop.
