Fake! not a restaurant - it is a SHELF in the grocery store with mediocre pre-made sushi

This restaurant had many mixed reviews, but I decided to give them a try as we were close to it during dinner time. Located in the Park and Tilford strip mall where the Save On Foods is. They currently only do take out orders. I placed my order on the phone beforehand and only waited 20 minutes. We got an order of prawn tempura, roll combo and sushi day combo. The roll combo came with a dynamite roll, California roll and spicy tuna roll. The sushi day combo came with a dynamite roll, alaskan roll and a California roll. All in all, they have decent portion sizes. But the quality is very similar to other generic Vancouver sushi joints. That being said, their prices were slightly high given what they’re serving. The sushi was done well. The tempura in the rolls were still crispy when we got home, and the fillings were generous. The prawn tempura was crunchy on the outside and the prawn still retained a good bite. Overall, I was skeptical beforehand, but it turned out alright. The restaurant itself was a bit small, but had some decor. One thing I did notice when I went in, was the floor being a bit greasy.

This is not a sushi restaurant. It is a takeout display for cold, premade sushi items located inside the Superstore.
