Bisou Bakery is an absolute gem! The flavors are out of this world—every bite is rich, perfectly balanced, and you can tell they use high-quality ingredients. I tried their almond croissant, and wow, the layers were buttery and flaky, with a delicate crunch on the outside and a soft, melt-in-your-mouth texture inside. The filling was smooth and not overly sweet, just the right amount of indulgence. Everything here feels handcrafted with care. I'll definitely be coming back...
