Won't recommend, they make really bad coffees.
I recently visited this coffee shop and noticed that one of the staff members was visibly sick while handling coffee and food. While I understand that people canât always avoid working when unwell, it raises concerns about hygiene and food safety. I believe the management should take better precautions in such situations to ensure the health and comfort of their customers.

While the service and atmosphere are nice, the prices are ridiculous. A medium mocha and a sandwich will cost you OVER $20. In comparison at the whole foods down the street (which is know for being expensive) I can get a medium mocha and instore made sandwich for ~$14.

I cannot recommend this place due to its high prices. The food menu is quite limited and lacks variety. While the staff and service are acceptable, it simply doesnât justify the cost.

Overall just a great place to go for either breakfast or lunch! You can dine in or grab something on the fly.

Super friendly service. They asked me how my day was going and was surprised I spoke some Farsi. They had bright smiles and prepared my drink and food quickly. The cheese croissant is amazing! It was very quiet but I imagine this location gets very busy around lunch time. Iâd suggest ordering in advance with the app. Lots of space inside (air conditioned) and outside for lounging and getting work or reading done.

The girls who have worked there for the past few months have consistently given me terrible service. This last experience was the final straw. As I was waiting to order my coffee, they looked at me and said "next," but then took the order of the woman behind me. They lack people skills and can't even make a simple iced coffee properly. I've asked for a "Dark Roast" multiple times over the months, and they never have it. BLENZ, you need new employees who can provide satisfactory service.

My experience here has been negative each time. I came here at 7:05 am asking for a latte. The barista told me he could not make me a latte because the cups havenât been washed yet. I said I could wait for him to wash them, which he then said no to. He would not make a latte.Another time, I came here asking for a breakfast bagel at 4:15 pm. The lady told me that she cannot make me a bagel because their food heater is turned off. I asked why it is off if they close at 5pm, and she told me âhave you ever worked in a cafe? Itâs hard to work alone.âAlso, I came here for a caramel latte multiple times and each time they make me a caramel macchiato which is not the same thing.Also.. they have a tiny bottle of juice they sell for $13. Over priced and bad customer service.

My recent visit to Blenz Coffee left much to be desired, primarily due to the disappointing level of customer service I encountered. As someone who values efficient and courteous service, I found my experience at Blenz to be below par.One particular incident stood out during my visit. When I attempted to order food shortly before the closing time, I was informed that the kitchen would not warm up any food because the microwave was turned off an hour before closing. This explanation seemed perplexing, as a microwave is a standard appliance that should be operational until the establishmentâs closing time.Furthermore, when I expressed my dissatisfaction with this policy, the staff member justified their decision by citing the need to close and clean up the premises alone, implying that accommodating my request would be an inconvenience. As a customer, I found this response disappointing and indicative of a lack of commitment to customer satisfaction.Overall, my experience at Blenz Coffee fell short of my expectations, particularly in terms of customer service. The attitude displayed by the staff was dismissive and unprofessional, leaving me feeling undervalued as a patron. I sincerely hope that management addresses these issues promptly and takes steps to improve the overall customer experience at Blenz Coffee.
