My experience here has been negative each time. I came here at 7:05 am asking for a latte. The barista told me he could not make me a latte because the cups haven’t been washed yet. I said I could wait for him to wash them, which he then said no to. He would not make a latte.Another time, I came here asking for a breakfast bagel at 4:15 pm. The lady told me that she cannot make me a bagel because their food heater is turned off. I asked why it is off if they close at 5pm, and she told me “have you ever worked in a cafe? It’s hard to work alone.”Also, I came here for a caramel latte multiple times and each time they make me a caramel macchiato which is not the same thing.Also.. they have a tiny bottle of juice they sell for $13. Over priced and bad customer service.

As someone who values efficient and courteous service, I found my experience at Blenz to be below par.One particular incident stood out during my visit. When I attempted to order food shortly before the closing time, I was informed that the kitchen would not warm up any food because the microwave was turned off an hour before closing. This explanation seemed perplexing, as a microwave is a standard appliance that should be operational until the establishment’s closing time.Furthermore, when I expressed my dissatisfaction with this policy, the staff member justified their decision by citing the need to close and clean up the premises alone, implying that accommodating my request would be an inconvenience. As a customer, I found this response disappointing and indicative of a lack of commitment to customer satisfaction.Overall, my experience at Blenz Coffee fell short of my expectations, particularly in terms of customer service. The attitude displayed by the staff was dismissive and unprofessional, leaving me feeling undervalued as a patron. I sincerely hope that management addresses these issues promptly and takes steps to improve the overall customer experience at Blenz Coffee.

They don’t warm up food up to on hour before they close because they claim “there machine is off” well the machine is a microwave … then they say “I have to close and clean up all alone and do all this stuff so I can’t warm up food in the last hour” …. Im sorry you have to do your job? customer service (if you can even call it that here) is bellow terrible.

Over the past couple mouths I have become kinda a coffee mad man as I would say and blenz is pretty solid usually get a latte which is relatively similar to Starbucks they also have good tea and snacks but the protein smoothies are the real deal but the best thing about blenz is the atmosphere very nice chairs and tables and a beautiful interior great to go have a coffee with a fun or family member overall coffee pretty decent snacks good smoothies amazing and atmosphere amazing solid coffee shop

So I decided to try this new Blenz inside Hope center. I just loved it. Staff was so friendly and welcoming. I really enjoyed my experience.Great sitting area. Great for meetings and great hang out place.This is my new favorite caffee in North Van.
