I always get a drink from there but this time I literally told her I want ice chai latte and she kept on saying ok but than at the end it was chai latte I kindly ask them that I wanted ice chai latte and she got mad at me and said I didn’t say that and she put ice in it and she gived it to me it tasted like water and ice

One Asian girl in the counter was so rude.. ordered espresso 2 cups.. she gave 2 cup with 1/3rd quantity without completing it properly in a rude manner.. cold .. we threw it in bin

My child wanted to have some hot chocolate, but I was very displeased to see a staff making the drink with her hair down and disheveled.
It was very unhygienic that the dust on her hair could get into the food and drinks.

Of all the Blenz I visit, this is one of the best.Great service from the staff,clean ,fresh products, no compromises on the food or quality.No cheating the customer.

I've been a daily customer for over 3 years, and I've never been disappointed. Lots of natural light,and conveint for a coffee after work out or swim.

What makes it great is the honest, polite staff ..they are wonderful

$4 for a loose leaf tea! Found the same flavour at my local tea company, 50g (20 bags) for $10. This math is not mathing. That price is absurd. I would've cancelled my order but the barista was already making it, and the pricing is not her fault.

Had Hazelnut hot chocolate
It is soo rich in taste, tastes like real chocolate instead of powdered sugary cheap cocoa of tim's tbh
Emily at the counter helped me select the flavour, she was veey nice and a great help!

I went to the recreation centre to do a balloon setup and I wanted to reward myself to a caramel macchiato and the ladies were polite and the drink was amazing!! It was honestly better than the Starbucks one so thank you for making me fall in love with blenz ✨

The cappuccino at this location was not good, if not terrible. It tastes sour!
But people are friendly and service is good!

Went there tonight and was serenated by a beautiful jazz pianist!! 10/10, 5 stars, whatever it takes just get him to play there again!
