Had boba tea, and threw them out. Had the ferroro taro boba and orea milk tea, which don't taste like anything you'd expect.
Closed with no one in sight at 9:20pm (says opened until 10pm)
went here two years ago to get bubble tea and dessert and it was amazing. I came back again today and they are under new ownership and have renamed themselves spice 11, and are an Indian restauran, but they still use the bobzaa name to sell bubble tea and dessert. I ordered my boba and it was the pre made Costco bubble tea that you make with water, I would know since I have used it. In summary they lure people in using the name and logo of the previous establishment, but instead of making actual good bubble tea and desserts, it's all store bought pre made garbage that they charge a ridiculous amount for, and the whole time they are trying to push you to order some Indian food and giving you snarky looks when you don't. Also has a terrible design and layout and feels more like a convenience store than anything else, except convenience store items are better quality. legitimately threw out my bubble tea.
Not what I thought I was going to get. I got the Mango Frango and it literally is a $10 mango milkshake. Doesn't look like the other photos at all. But it looks like it had changed owners and now the care and attention just isn't there anymore. Doesn't taste anything worth $10. Will not come back.

Drove 30 mins to get to the gluten free pizza and fries and boba.. was shocked to see it was a Spice 11 that sells “bobzaa” drinks and desserts.. we walked out. Definitely not authentic boba! Was so disappointed by the misleading photos they still have up..
The food was great but the service and design can improve quite a bit.

Terrible boba place. I can’t speak on the food but we ordered three regular sized bobas (mango, Oreo and rose) and they tasted terrible. They were a weird consistency, too sweet and the boba was not good. Then once they already made it, THEY CHARGED US $38 DOLLARS!! For 3 cups of boba??? We were in a rush to leave so we didn’t dispute it but this place was seriously one of the biggest wastes of money ever. Would not recommend!!

Got a slush, was more watery than it was slush. The pearls were mushy and came apart if you chewed them at all. They were stuck together and grainy. Did not taste good.

This place has the largest portions and the yummiest lemonade! For $8, I literally got a family size lemonade, and it's actually FRESH!!! Sooo freakin yummyyyy...I just wish the chairs were more comfortable.

Went for a quick snack break with my friends who have been coming to this place for their sweets. I got so excited seeing butter chicken poutine in the menu since its pretty hard to find them in a butter chicken place. So we ordered lemonade, butter chicken poutine and the lava cake.Lemonade was made very generously with real likes and lemons, the sweetness balanced well with the acidity also. It’s a really good pairing for a rich food like the butter chicken poutine.Butter chicken poutine was so good. The sauce was so rich with chunks of chicken and cheese melt. It pairs well on top of the crunchy starchy french fries. Its very my vibe of comfort food, spice and texture.Lava cake was also good, portion was generous for the price and the lava melt was satisfying. It’s a bit on the sweeter side but the chocolate mix made it not so overly sweet.

What is the supposed to be? A café that can serve everything, from pasta and pizza to butter chicken, poutine and bubble tea?We went there, and came out within a minute.

We order delivery from Bobzaa and our cakes came completely stale and inedible.
