Yesterday our large group visited the Boston Pizza in North Van and had excellent service from Khem and Simran. We were a party of 30 which included 23 children. Both of our servers offered friendly, patient, and efficient service to our group. Many thanks to both of you!

My Mom and I stopped in for dinner. Wow those new Pizza Mozza sticks are SO good. I had the shrimp Mac & cheese and have to say it was all out flavor. Stop in and grab some delicious food and get out of the chilly weather. Our hostess was so wonderful and made our dining experience twice as nice. ⁰

Not sure why these guys get the hate. Incredible kind service. Everyone already knows BP food is mid. But they will tune any sports for you, including UFC/MMA when not one other bar/restaurant in the whole district will touch it.
Khem, and other servers were incredible. On the ball and quick to rectify anything.
A gem of a spot. You come here for sports, not the food. And the service is above average for a sports bar. Happy hour is decent and the space has great wifi.

Unfortunately, both the food and the service were poor. The pizza didn’t taste fresh, steak was the worst and the staff seemed disorganized . Cutlery came after the food!! We won’t be returning or recommending this place. Not worth the money at all.

when for a nice dinner and the people there were rude waited 20 mins for the check after asking for it twice the lady was rude and said i hadn’t been waiting that long- told forever for her to come and grab our orders in the first place food was good service was terrible i don’t think i will be going back

The food is always delivered cold. The drivers never use thermal bags and every time I’ve ordered I get stale food When I picked up an order once, the manager passed the food to an Uber Eats driver without him having a thermal bag
The standards at this location are horrible. Management has allowed this place to run like a dump and I’m afraid I can’t support this location anymore.
The location that was located on Marine was significantly better but the had shut down.
I would give 0 stars, the delivery driver that I’ve received every time seems to disappear before I can even see him

The most pleasant thing was definitely the staff 🙌 – from the reception to the lovely girl who served our table(SIMRANPREE). They weren’t just good, they were excellent 👏 and I really hope management appreciates them! Prices 💵 and atmosphere 🍻 were great, especially the beer during happy hour 🍺. Food portions were good 🍽️, and the quality was somewhere between average and good. Overall: I’d definitely go back again 🔙✨

Went to celebrate a birthday, the service provided by the waitress couldn’t have been any worse. She had the worst attitude I have seen on a server in years, we thought about leaving but the birthday girl had some strong cravings for their mac and cheese (which also turned out to be of a lesser quality compared to other Boston Pizza locations elsewhere). I would not recommend this location. We will for sure not be going back
